●The 1N582X series from STMicroelectronics is axial leaded, single low drop power schottky rectifier in DO-201AD package. These diode features very small conduction losses, negligible switching losses and extremely fast switching. Typically suited for switch mode power supplies and high frequency DC to DC converters, low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling, polarity protection and small battery chargers.
