●The 24LC02B-I/SN is a 2Kbit serial I2C EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) in 8 pin SOIC package. The device is organized as one block of 256 x 8bit memory with two wire serial interface. Low voltage design permits operation down to 1.7V with standby and active currents of only 1µA and 1mA respectively. The 24LC02B has a page write capability for up to 8bytes of data.
