●The AD8237ARMZ is a micropower, zero drift, true rail to rail instrumentation amplifier in 8 pin MSOP package. It has excellent gain accuracy performance that can be preserved at any gain from 1 to 1000 with two ratio matched resistors. The AD8237 employs indirect current feedback architecture to achieve true rail to rail capability. Unlike conventional instrumentation amplifier, the AD8237 can fully amplify signals with common mode voltage at or even slightly beyond its supplies. This enables applications with high common mode voltages to use smaller supplies and save power. The device has minimum supply voltage of 1.8V, 115µA typical supply current and wide input range. The AD8237 makes full use of limited power budget, offers bandwidth and drift performance suitable for bench top systems.

● Common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 120dB at G = 1 and G = 10

● Maximum offset voltage drift of 0.3µV/°C

● Maximum gain error of 0.005% (all gains)

● Maximum gain drift of 0.5ppm/°C (all gains)

● Input bias current of 1nA guaranteed to 125°C

● Bandwidth mode pin (BW) to adjust compensation and on-chip RFI filter

● -3dB small signal bandwidth of 200KHz at G = 1 in low bandwidth mode

● Single supply operation from 1.8V to 5.5V

● Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
