●The ATMEGA128RFA1-ZU is a 8-bit low-power CMOS Microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture combined with a high data rate transceiver for the 2.4GHz ISM band. By executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle, the device achieves throughputs approaching 1MIPS per MHz allowing the system designer to optimize power consumption versus processing speed.
