●The BD6211F-E2 is a single channel DC brush motor driver in 8 pin SOP package. This highly efficient H-bridge driver is used for low power consumption designs. The MOS transistors in output stage allow PWM speed control. The integrated VREF voltage control function allows direct replacement of discontinued motor driver ICs.

● Maximum rated voltage of 7V

● Supply voltage range of 3V to 5.5V

● VREF voltage setting pin enables PWM duty control
