●The ESD105-B1-02 series bidirectional ESD/Transient Protection Diode has low capacitance and low clamping voltage. It is rated to ESD/transient protection of signal lines exceeding standard IEC61000-4-2 (ESD) ±30kV air/±25kV contact discharge, IEC61000-4-4 (EFT) ±50A (5/50ns) and IEC61000-4-5 (surge) ±5A (8/20µs). It is suitable for USB 3.0, 0/100/1000 Ethernet, FireWire, DVI, HDMI, S-ATA, DisplayPort, mobile HDMI Link, MDDI, MIPI, SWP and NFC applications.
