●The LP38798SD-ADJ/NOPB is a single channel low dropout (LDO) linear regulator with adjustable output in 12 pin WSON package. This high performance regulator is designed to meet the requirements of sensitive RF/analogue circuitry. The LP38798-ADJ implements a novel linear topology on an advanced CMOS process to deliver ultra low output noise and high PSRR at switching power supply frequencies. It is stable with both ceramic and tantalum output capacitors. The device requires minimum output capacitance of only 1µF for stability and is well suited for many low noise post regulation applications.

● Very low dropout of 200mV at 800mA output current

● Ultra low output noise of 5µVrms at 10Hz to 100KHz

● Current limit and overtemperature protection

● Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C

●This device has limited built-in ESD protection. The leads should be shorted or device should be placed in conductive foam during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to MOS gates.
