●The M24M01-RMN6P is a 1Mbit (128K × 8bit) serial I2C bus EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory) in 8 pin SOIC package. The device supports I2C protocol. Data transfer can only be initiated by bus master which will also provide serial clock for synchronization. The M24M01-RMN6P1 is always a slave in all communications.
