●The MAX5487ETE+ is a dual non-volatile linear taper digital potentiometer in 16 pin TQFN package. The device combines a dual 256 position potentiometers and the control is achieved through 3-wire SPI interface. It has an internal non-volatile EEPROM to return the wipers to their previously stored positions upon power-up. It minimizes board space and reduce interconnection complexity in many applications and are ideally suitable for low-drift programmable gain circuit configurations.

● Supply voltage range is 2.7V to 5.25V (single supply operation)

● Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C

● Wiper position stored in non-volatile memory (EEPROM) and recalled upon power-up

● Reliability of 200,000 wiper store cycles
