●The NCP59800BMNADJTBG is a CMOS RF low dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator with enable function in 8 pin DFN package. It offers high power supply ripple rejection (PSRR) and ultra low output noise. This LDO uses an advanced BiCMOS process to achieve very good electrical performance. It is an ideal choice for noise sensitive analogue RF front ends used in telecom equipment, telecom infrastructure, audio and high speed I/F (PLL/VCO).

● Adjustable output voltage of 0.8V to 5V

● Operating input voltage range from 2.2V to 6V

● Quiescent current of 60µA and stable with small 4.7µF ceramic capacitors
