●The NUP1301 is an ultra-low capacitance ESD Protection Device Array designed to protect one signal line in rail-to-rail configuration from the damage caused by ESD and other transients. It is suitable for microcontroller protection, I²C-bus protection, antenna power supply and Class-D amplifiers.
