●The RUEF300 from TE Connectivity is a radial leaded PolySwitch resettable device. It provides engineers with more design flexibility. The higher voltage ratings allow this device to use in new applications and it is compatible with high volume electronics assembly.

● Trip current of 6A at room temperature

● Maximum resistance of 0.08ohm at 20°C (1hr post trip)

● Operation temperature range from -40°C to 85°C

● UL94 V-0 flame retardant epoxy polymer insulation

●This device is intended for protection against overcurrent or overtemperature fault conditions and should not be used when repeated fault conditions or prolonged trip events are anticipated.

●Operation in circuits with a large inductance can generate circuit voltage (Ldi/dt) above rated voltage of device.
