LM25011MY/NOPB - TI Function Overview

The LM25011MY/NOPB is a constant on-time non synchronous buck regulator with adjustable current limit in 10 pin MSOP package. This buck regulator features all functions needed to implement a low cost, efficient buck bias regulation. The LM25011 high voltage regulator contains N channel buck switch, startup regulator, current limit detection and internal ripple control. The constant on-time regulation principle requires no loop compensation that results in fast load transient response and simplifies circuit implementation. Operating frequency of device remains constant with line and load. The adjustable valley current limit detection results in a smooth transition from constant voltage to constant current mode when current limit is reached without use of current limit foldback. Additional features include low output ripple, VIN undervoltage lock out, thermal shut down, gate drive precharge, gate drive undervoltage lock out and maximum duty cycle limit.

This device has limited built-in ESD protection. The leads should be shorted together or the device placed in conductive foam during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to MOS gates.
