TL780-05CKTTR - TI Function Overview

The TL780-05CKTTR is a fixed-voltage Precision Regulator in the TL780 series is capable of supplying 1.5A of load current. A unique temperature-compensation technique, coupled with an internally trimmed band-gap reference, has resulted in improved accuracy when compared to other 3-terminal regulator. Advanced layout techniques provide excellent line, load and thermal regulation. The internal current-limiting and thermal-shutdown features essentially make the device immune to overload.
