●The 6N137 from Fairchild is a through hole single channel high speed 10Mbit/s logic gate optocoupler in 8 pin DIP package. This Optocoupler consist of 850nm AlGaAs LED optically coupled to a high speed integrated photo detector logic gate with storable output.
