●The ISO7741FDW is a high speed, robust EMC reinforced quad-channel digital isolator is 16 pin SOIC package. It provides high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption, while isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os. Each isolation channel has a logic input and output buffer separated by silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier. This device comes with enable pins which can be used to put the respective outputs in high impedance for multi-master driving applications and to reduce power consumption. It has three forward and one reverse direction channels. Used in conjunction with isolated power supplies, this device helps prevent noise currents on a data bus or other circuits from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuitry. It has enhanced to ease system-level ESD, EFT, surge and emissions compliance. It has 5000VRMS isolation ratings per UL 1577 and reinforced insulation ratings according to VDE, CSA, TUV and CQC.
● Wide supply voltage range form 2.25V to 5.5V
● 2.25V to 5.5V level translation
● Default output is low
● Low power consumption, typical 1.5mA per channel at 1 Mbps
● Low propagation delay of 10.7ns typical (5V supplies)
● High CMTI is ±75KV/µs typical
● Isolation barrier life is greater than 40 years
● DIN V VDE V 0884-10 (VDE V 0884-10) 2006-12
● UL 1577 component recognition program
● CSA component acceptance notice 5A, IEC 60950-1, IEC 60601-1 and IEC 61010-1 end equipment standards
●This device has limited built-in ESD protection. The leads should be shorted together or device placed in conductive foam during storage or handling to prevent electrostatic damage to the MOS gates.
