●The MAX627CPA+ is a dual, non inverting monolithic power MOSFET driver in 8 pin DIP package. It is designed to translate TTL inputs to high voltage/current outputs. Delay times are nearly independent of VDD. This high current output driver rapidly charges and discharges the capacitance of even largest power MOSFET to within millivolts of supply rail which produces minimum on-resistance. The high speed MAX627 minimizes power losses in switching power supplies, DC to DC converters, pin diode drivers and charge pump voltage inverters.

● Supply voltage range from 4.5V to 18V

● Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C

● Fast rise and fall time of 20ns with 1000pF load

● Low power consumption, 7mW with inputs low and 150mW with inputs high

● TTL/CMOS input compatible

● Output resistance of 4ohm at VDD = 18V, TA = 25°C, ILOAD = 10mA

● Power supply current of 8mA at VIN = +3V both inputs & TA = 25°C
