MAX4617CUE+T - Maxim Integrated Function Overview

The MAX4617CUE+T from Maxim Integrated Products is a high speed, low voltage, CMOS analogue multiplexer in 16 pin TSSOP package. This 8 channel multiplexer has two supply pins, VCC and GND which are used to drive the internal CMOS switch and set the limits of analogue voltage on any switch. Reverse ESD protection diodes are internally connected between each analogue signal pin and both VCC and GND. If any analogue signal exceeds VCC or GND, one of these diodes conducts. Device is pin compatible with industry standard 74HC4051/74HC4052/74HC4053 and MAX4581/MAX4582/MAX4583. It is used in battery-operated equipment, audio/video signal routing, low-voltage data-acquisition systems and communications circuits.
Supply voltage range is 2V to 5.5V
Operating temperature range from 0°C to +70°C
TTL/CMOS logic compatible
On-resistance match between channels (single +5V supply) is 1ohm
Low off-leakage current is 1nA at TA = +25°C
Maximum on-resistance is 10 ohm (+5V Supply) and 20 ohm (+3V Supply)
Low crosstalk is less than -96dB
High off-isolation is less than -93dB
Low distortion is less than 0.017% (600 ohm)
Fast switching times of 15ns tON and 10ns tOFF
