●The ADG3304BRUZ is a low voltage, four channel bidirectional logic level translator in 14 pin TSSOP package. It can be used in multivoltage digital system applications such as data transfer between low voltage digital signal processing controller and higher voltage device using SPI and microwire interfaces. The internal architecture allows device to perform bidirectional logic level translation without an additional signal to set direction in which translation takes place.

● Operates from 1.15V to 5.5V

● Low quiescent current of less than 5µA

● Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
